Making A Purchase

All stock on the web site is subject to being in stock, as the site is not a live ordering system and we do run out now and then.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Debit / credit card payment. But not American Express or Visa Electron.
If you would rather place your order over the phone please call 01795 229073 and we will be happy to assist you further.

We reserve the right to cancel any order as we see fit, but we will inform you of our decision and the reason for doing so.

Shipping & Handling

Mail Order for the UK, takes on average between 2 – 5 working days, which is delivered by Royal mail ( For parcels under 750g) or other courier (signed service)( for parcels over 750g). Once the parcels have left our premises the responsibility for delivery is with the Carriers. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 please contact us immediately on 01795 229073 with your details of the purchase involved.

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas via our internet service but can via our mail order service, please ring 01795229073 for details of postage rates etc……

Please contact us if you have any problems, problems do happen but we are always here to help.

Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days. IF over 30 days there is nothing we can do to find your parcel, refund for the goods, or anything, it is down to you to let us know of a problem

Orders are dispatched by post/carrier to the name and address you have given to us. If we have received incorrect or inadequate information for the delivery of the goods we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery as a result of this. Our Carriers delivery times are 7am-5pm, during busy periods up to 7pm has been known.

If you fail to respond to cards or any communication that have been left by us or the carriers and the parcel is returned to us via the carrier we reserve the right to pass on  fair administration charges if we incur costs to redeliver the parcel or parcels due to this happening.

By you agreeing to these terms and conditions before you place an order means you are over 18 years old

If you request the parcel/s to be ‘left in a safe place of your choice, We are not responsible for the loss. We will not replace or refund any parcels that have not been received in this way, as these have more than likely been stolen.

Returns Policy

If an item needs replacing please phone 01795229073 or e-mail- sales@homebrewkent.co.uk  so we can make arrangements.

If the goods are faulty the goods will be replaced free of charge or for a full refund if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.

If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full but we cannot refund the carriage if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.

Complaints are handled on one to one bases by phone or e-mail, even by post if a reply is not urgent and we will try and come to a satisfactory conclusion within 3 days of the complaint, all complaints will remain confidential and fair.

If you no longer require the goods that you have ordered you can return them within 7 working days that begin on the day after you have received the goods.  We cannot refund the cost of the return postage. This is your right to a cooling off period. We will refund Your Money within 30 days of us receiving the goods. Please when sending the goods back get a Proof of posting or even insure the goods in case it gets lost.

We cannot refund items that are returned in a unsalable condition i.e. have been used unless they are faulty.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk
This does not affect your statutory rights.
